LeRoy Gorman lives in Napanee, Ontario. For over 40 years he has been trying to write haiku and hopes to get it right some day. A few of his two dozen poetry books and chapbooks include: heart’s garden (Guernica), whose smile the ripple warps (Underwhich), wind in the keys (High Coo Press), parallel journey/voyage parallèle (with André Duhaime, Éditions Asticou), glass bell (King’s Road Press), where sky meets sky (Nietzsche’s Brolly), flurries (Timberline), nothing personal (Proof Press), fast enough to leave this world (Inkling). From 1995 to 2017, he was Haiku Canada Publications Editor (Haiku Canada Newsletter 1996-2006, Haiku Canada Review beginning 2007, annual anthologies, broadsides). For the year 2012-2013 he was Honorary Curator of the American Haiku Archives.
